I started singing in churches at age 3. My father was (and is) a Pentecostal minister, so I learned very early on that our life is about service to the Lord and that everything that we do should be to show Jesus to others. At the age of 7 years old I became aware that my father needed a piano player for his services, so I asked God to show me how to play piano and he did! First I learned the key of "G" and every time I found someone that played piano I would ask them to teach me a new key until I was able to play all of them. I've lead worship in many churches until recently when I've found myself busy with the many doors God has opened up to me and my gospel bluegrass band (Alder Creek) to be a blessing to other churches. I play stand up bass in the band and we are blessed to play various venues around the northwest.
God has been faithful to me and my family. I have been married to the love of my life for 31 years. We have 3 wonderful children that are all married and have blessed us with 3 perfect grand children. We live in a very small town and enjoy jamming with friends, fishing, hunting, and gardening.
