I am a retired firefighter and live in San Leandro , CA with my wife Debra. Debra plays bass and I play banjo and dobro. After playing under the name "The Snake Pit Band" for a few years we decided to get serious and play bluegrass gospel under the name "Gospel Creek" (www.gospelcreek.com). I also play with Fret Not (www.fretnotgospel.com). I have a hot rod milk truck and we play music for the Christian Rodders & Racers Association.
I am a born again Bible believer, having found Christ when I was 24 years old. I have taught Vacation Bible School at our home church in Castro Valley for 20 years, and I formerly had 69 foster babies, not all at once! I am currently leading a Bible Study group called East Bay Firefighters for Christ.
It will be exciting to see what God does with The Christian Bluegrass Association. All glory to God.
